Description
Premium grade absorbent socks for containing spillages of non aggressive fluids and general purpose liquids such as oils, fuels, coolants and mild chemicals.
These absorbent socks are 3m long and come in a pack of 8, ideal for creating a barrier around a spillage to prevent it from spreading. Thesesocks are also often refered to as pigs or booms are highly absorbent for general purpose use, and grey in colour, which is industry standard for non hazardous absorbents. Socks can also be used around the base of machinery to ensure any leaks or spills do not spread causing slip hazards, or harm to employees and the environment.
Supplied in a handy dispensing box they can be used alongside our spill stations or boxes can be placed in strategic locations within your business to ensure they are on hand if required. These socks are also supplied within our spill kits if you need a complete spill response kit.
As with all absorbents once used they must be disposed of correvtly within a hazardous waste bag.
