Diamond Flex Lok Drainage Anti Fatigue Matting is a heavy-duty PVC matting system engineered to deliver outstanding fatigue relief while maintaining a clean, safe working surface. Designed for demanding industrial environments, this matting is ideal for areas where standing comfort, slip resistance, and effective drainage are essential.
Superior comfort is achieved through the mat’s unique underside “flex” design, which absorbs impact and encourages subtle movement to help reduce leg, foot, and lower back fatigue during long shifts. The robust 25 mm thick PVC construction also protects underlying floors from wear and damage, making it suitable for high-traffic work areas.
The R10-rated anti-slip diamond deck-plate surface has been tested in accordance with DIN 51130 and BG-rule BGR 181, ensuring secure footing even in challenging conditions. An integrated drainage system featuring 22 mm round holes allows liquids, oils, and debris to fall through the mat, keeping the top surface clear and reducing the risk of slips.
Diamond Flex Lok Drainage Anti Fatigue Matting can be custom-built to suit your exact workspace layout, with mats calculated on a square metre basis for complete design flexibility. The permanent interlocking system forms a stable surface that will not separate over time and requires no gluing. Mats are available pre-assembled or as loose tiles for easy on-site installation. Optional bevelled ramps further enhance safety by reducing trip hazards and allowing smooth access on and off the mat surface. Three standard sizes with bevels on three sides are also available for quick installation.
